Barnaby Bear Play School is a bilingual language academy for children from 1 to 5 years of age. Children are familiarized with two languages (English and Spanish) and learn very important social skills and good manners from an early age. Acquiring a language is effortless for a young child. Getting him or her onto a class early allows easy natural absorption of a second language through play and exploration.

Stimulating young minds

We aim to achieve that your child can speak in English and Spanish using simple grammatical structures according to their age. 1 to 5 year old children will have fun and enjoy learning English and Spanish through the use of songs, games, dancing, visual props and story time which teach vocabulary and grammar. Your child is introduced to the English and Spanish languages by learning phonics, numbers, animals, shapes, colours, days of the week, months, seasons and common words and phrases. We do this through the use of various educational materials such as games, books, puzzles, music and literature. To help with creativity and imagination, regular activities will include arts and crafts, and puppet shows.

Social skills are encouraged through group play, role play and learning about good behaviour and respect for others. Children can join classes at any time during the year.
